So that I can best serve all my clients, please be advised by these policies.

Before Appointment:

• For optimal results, please avoid any exfoliating products or treatments (like retinol, waxing or chemical peels) 48 hours before your facial. If you're unsure, feel free to contact me for advice. 

Arrival Time:

• Please aim to arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. If you arrive after your scheduled appointment time, it may not be possible to extend the time available for your booked service; if your service is shortened due to your late arrival, you will be charged the full cost of the service.

Changing your Appointment:

• 24 hours' notice is required to reschedule or cancel a booked appointment.

Sickness or Family Emergency:

• If you, or another person in your household, have an infectious or contagious illness, please contact me as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment for a later date.
